Do you actually own your hardware?
Yes. The Charlotte, North Carolina hardware is bought, racked and maintained by us. We announce our own ASN, AS197924, and our own IP space, 31.77.212.0/24, so infrastructure buyers have one less thing to verify.

What's the difference between a VPS and a dedicated server?
A VPS is a virtual machine on a shared host, from $7.50 a month. A dedicated server is a whole physical machine that nobody else shares, from $90 a month. Pick a VPS for apps, sites and smaller game servers; pick dedicated for sustained load, virtualisation or hosting other customers.

What is the refund policy?
14 days for UK customers and wherever local law gives you that right, 48 hours for everyone else, from placing an order, per our Terms of Service. The 48-hour policy doesn't apply to recurring invoices.
